Relax...It's Your Day!

The night before your wedding, take some deep breaths! It is going to be great! You have worked hard detailing and planning everything! Now, it is time to enjoy all the hard work you have put in! You are only a bride once, so make sure you are relaxed and enjoying everything about it... here are some great ideas that help women relax the night before the big day!

~Get the bubble bath out, fill up the tub with some hot water and enjoy!

~No time for a bath? Fill up a large bowl and give your feet a break... Foot-soaks relax those

   tired feet!

~Have a massage scheduled and take some time to yourself!

~Sit back and read a good book or magazine... even if it is only for 10 or 15 minutes it will help!

~Turn down the lights, or light some candles... the ambiance created by the lighting naturally

   relaxes people!

~Drink lots of water, keeping hydrated allows for more blood flow and a relaxed bride!

~If you enjoy fitness, do not work out too hard, you don’t want to be sore on your wedding day,

but do a light work out!

~Stretch or do some yoga.

~Spend some quiet time with your fiancé.

~Talk and enjoy some time with close friends and/or family

~Most important... GO TO BED EARLY!!!

There are so many things to get done before the special day... Just remember to take some time to yourself... If you are too busy, things become stressful and no one wants a stressed bride! So take time to relax!
