Pretty as a Peacock
Friday, May 8, 2009 at 1:00AM I am never not impressed by the talent in Seattle... We have some of the most creative, thoughtful, and gifted people around. Audrey and Pete assembled a fantastic team to create their gorgeous wedding just this past February. Lucky for us, KCB Photography captured the day and passed it on to us to share!

From the ceremony at First Covenant Church to the reception at Century Ballroom, peacock feathers accented everything from the bouquet and veil, to the programs and favors. And, with the delicacy of Audrey's dress... so beautiful! Love the bouquet? (I know that you do...) The couple enlisted the talent of Linda at Wilson Gardens. Love the dress? I don't even know why I ask... :) Belltown Bridal made it happen.

I can gush over the photos forever but, we wanted to bring you the perspective of someone who got to witness the event in real life... We asked Kelly from KCB Photography about what made the day stand out to her. Here's what she had to say:
" Definitely how relaxed everyone was all day. Energy is bound to run high and emotions erratic, but Audrey was calm, cool and collected all day just enjoying it as it was happening. They are a couple completely in love with each other and watching them just delight in the other throughout the day was wonderful. They could have been completely alone in a stinky alley wearing grubby clothes and they would have still been beautiful and completely content because they were together. They definitely have something special."

Crazy, I just saw the same wedding theme on princessandpeaeventplanning.com. I think it has great color themes for any event.
