Do You Have a Sizzling Wok?
Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 7:21AM One of the fun things about having a wedding is being able to register for your gifts! Seattle Style loves Crate and Barrel because they have a variety of unique items. We also love how easy it is to register with them... whether online or at their storefront. They even educate their clients on what to register for and how many to order with their One&Only registry guide. We have picked a few of our favorite items from their website and shared them below.
Tips on registering:
1. Register for a variety of different gifts at high, middle, and low price levels and also make sure to register for more gifts than you have guests. You can always purchase what isn't gifted to you.
2. Mark that you will accept gift certificates, for those guests who'd rather give you the gift of shopping.
3. Make sure to register early, but to also check back in and update items that may be sold out or are going out of stock.
4. Spread the word to your friends and family by word of mouth, not on your save-the-date cards or invitation.
5. Double check the return policy of your registry store. A lot of department stores will only give store credit for gifts that are returned.
