Official Contest Rules & Regulations

Duration:  Begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on September 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on October 31, 2009

 

Eligibility:  Contest is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States, who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Ben Bridge, Scott Kay and Seattle Style and/or their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

 

Winners must pick up their prize from a participating Ben Bridge store of their choice in the Seattle area.

 

Registration: Registration for the contest is offered only electronically via the website www.seattlestyle.com/scottkay. To enter, fill out the registration form as indicated. All required fields must be filled in. Only entries completed in full will be included in the final drawing. Each entry must be unique and must have a valid e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of the sponsors.

 

Prizes: Two winners will receive a pair of wedding bands, consisting of one men’s and one ladies. The winner must choose from the choices listed. The value of each prize may vary depending on prize selection, however the value is not to exceed $2,290.00. No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Prizes must be claimed within seven days and are non-transferable/saleable. Prize redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Depending on prize selection, it may take up to four weeks for winners to receive the physical prize. Prizes must be picked up from a participating Ben Bridge store of their choice in the Seattle area.
